Anchorage and Matsu can be fashioned.
With your help we can continue to serve over 10,000 people annually through our services including each year 1600 children learn the lifesaving skills in swimming, 600 children in a safe before and after school program and approximately 2000 children have learned life skills in team sports. It is the practice of the YMCA to never turn away a child who may be experiencing economic hardship. Through sponsorships and your generous donations, we can continue to supplement over $700,000 in financial assistance.
SPONSORSHIPS AT YMCA OF ALASKA
HELPING HANDS CLUB
Fueled by our members, YMCA Alaska’s Helping Hands Club aids community members in financial need. A mere $8 added to standard dues delivers financial assistance, eliminating financial barriers to access. This sponsorship guarantees full YMCA membership, encompassing health programs, cancer/terminal patient support, youth sports, swimming, childcare, school programs, summer camp, and facility amenities. A $1000 donation offers one community member a year-long membership.
THE HERITAGE CLUB
Whether your YMCA memories span generations, your children learned to swim here, or you’re passionate about enhancing our community’s future, the YMCA holds a special place in your heart. The YMCA Endowment focuses on securing the financial future of the YMCA of Alaska. Your contribution, be it through life insurance, a will bequest, or a donation of cash/securities, ensures lasting YMCA programs, enriching the lives of Alaskan families. Camp Peggy Lake Sponsors
Numerous groups, organizations, and individuals sponsor campers at Camp Peggy Lake. You can direct your support to specific campers or our YMCA Annual Campaign. Your gift can create a lifelong camper at Camp Peggy Lake. The fund ensures lasting memories by providing scholarship support and operational aid for every camper.

Support our Health & Wellness mission, enhancing Alaskans’ physical, mental, and social well-being. SPORTS & REC SPONSORSHIP
Your support enables us to sustain our outreach to over 10,000 individuals yearly, offering vital services spanning health and wellness, recreation, and social engagement. Annually, 600 children acquire life-saving swimming skills, 500 children find safety in our before and after-school programs, and around 2000 children gain essential life skills through team sports. We create a secure and competitive space for young athletes to develop a passion for sports, learn respect from peers, and flourish in a nurturing environment.
