Water Fitness

Water FitnessYMCA Water Exercise Classes are a great workout with low and/or no impact or harmful effects on joints/muscles. Our classes have it all- motivation, aerobic choreography and muscle conditioning. Get improved cardiovascular endurance and improved muscle tone by using the buoyancy and resistance of the water. Ideal for all fitness levels, non-swimmers included.
